Job Description

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.


The position duration is of 6 to 8 weeks, staring in mid April.


Work location: 41 North St, O'Leary, PE C0A 1V0


Wages: $18.00 to $20.00



Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the mixing process. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment. Work in production line using designated equipment as directed Prepare raw material for fertilizer mixing process Perform routine clean up and maintenance of the site. All other related duties as assigned

Ability to lift up to 55lbs (25kgs). Availability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends. Must be comfortable working at heights. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Mechanical aptitude and experience working in manufacturing or farm/fertilizer operations would be considered an asset. Attention to detail is essential. Able to speak and understand the English language proficiently.
