Job Description

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and dependable snow removal operator to join our commercial team for the 2025-2026 winter season. You'll be responsible for plowing and maintaining commercial parking lots and large residential complexes using a truck-mounted plow or skid steer. Work is on-call during snow events, including overnight and early mornings.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate plow truck or skid steer for snow removal on commercial sites Apply ice melt or sand as needed Maintain communication during shifts via phone/text Perform light equipment checks before and after each use Work efficiently and independently in cold weather and low visibility
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of commercial plowing experience (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Ability to operate truck-mounted plows or skid steers confidently Available for early mornings, overnights, and weekends during snowfalls Dependable and able to respond quickly to weather alerts
