is a Reggio-inspired private school in Cambridge, Ontario, serving students from JK through Grade 6. We're looking for a warm, collaborative educator to join our JK/SK team as a

Second Classroom Teacher

alongside our lead educator.

About the Role:

This position supports a play-based, inquiry-driven learning environment for our youngest students. You'll work closely with the lead teacher to co-plan, co-lead, and co-reflect on daily activities in a classroom that values creativity, curiosity, and connection.

Responsibilities:

Support and guide students in their social, emotional, and academic development Assist with classroom setup, transitions, and routines Lead small group activities and play-based learning experiences Observe and document student learning Foster a nurturing, respectful classroom culture

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting Knowledge of early childhood development and/or Reggio Emilia philosophy is an asset Responsible, adaptable, and team-oriented First Aid/CPR and Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
