The Role

We are looking for a

Clinic Manager

who is professional, friendly, and organized, and who thrives in a busy environment. You'll be at the heart of our clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly--while creating a

warm, welcoming space for our patients

.

The ideal candidate is a go getter who can get things done in an efficient manner. Prior experience in the health care field will be regarded as an asset since it would help you understand the work environment. Managerial experience will also be given preference, and performance will be rewarded with bonuses based on the clinic performance.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position can be

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operations of the clinic, which can range from dealing with customer service to coordinating billing and books, and marketing management Greet and assist patients with care, empathy, and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Handle billing, insurance claims, payments, and administrative tasks with accuracy Keep the clinic environment organized and flowing smoothly Support practitioners with day-to-day operations Assist with clinic communications, including email, social media, updates and posting and marketing efforts Problem-solve calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
