As a Guest Experience Representative, you'll be a front-line ambassador of Kingsway Mall, delivering exceptional service and personalized support to every guest. This seasonal role supports high-traffic periods and is perfect for individuals who love engaging with people and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek opportunities (using good judgment) to create memorable guest interactions and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist guests with directions, store information, lost & found, and general inquiries.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the shopping center's services, amenities, stores, and promotional activities/events.
Stay up to date with fashion trends and brand merchandise to offer gift or store suggestions based on shopper needs.
Deliver all services offered at Guest Experience locations, including selling Oxford Kingsway Mall Gift Cards.
Ensure accuracy in guest-facing communications (phone messages, website, social media, directories). Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of direct customer service or volunteer experience involving public interaction.
Positive, friendly, approachable, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
Strong desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to effectively communicate with shoppers, retailers, center management, and service providers.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Computer proficiency including social media tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
Demonstrates strong analytical and interpersonal skills in addressing customer feedback and inquiries.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Seasonal part-time role, hours per week dependent on operational needs.
Hourly wage starting at $18/hr.
Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
