We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong teamwork ethic, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime if necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Butcher crab by hand with care. Operate butchering machines effectively. Grade and pack crab sections accurately. Keep production areas clean and organized. Participate in on-the-job training.

Dependable and Reliable Excellent teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to work Eagerness to learn and participate in training. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
Working Conditions:
Work environment: Clearwater Seafoods facility in Glace Bay, within a seafood processing environment often characterized by wet conditions. Protective clothing and hearing protection will be provided and required. Fast-paced working environment requiring adaptability and efficiency.
Physical Requirements:
Moderate lifting required, including bending and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
