By leveraging a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and internal stakeholder needs, this role will drive the development and implementation of search-related features and functionalities and also support the enterprise SEO strategy to optimize user experience and deliver measurable results.Here's where you'll be focusing:

  • Collaborate with the Search Platform Manager to enhance website and mobile app features, prioritize the product backlog, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements, ensuring high-quality feature releases.
  • Develop and coordinate search features and functionalities, including defining requirements, design, workback schedules, UAT approvals, and publishing/deployments.
  • Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear, actionable requirements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of features and improvements.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks through testing, iterative feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of search trends and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors, ultimately improving search rankings and visibility.
  • Develop and execute search strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical enhancements, to increase discoverability and user engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead A/B testing and analyze user feedback to continually optimize the search experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO tools and techniques to foster innovation.

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, business analysis, or digital product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, UX/UI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong ability to analyze web analytics, user feedback, and performance data to drive actionable decisions.
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and creative processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate product needs.
