As a Search Engine Optimization Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Prophix\xe2\x80\x99s global online presence and business performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization and conversation rate optimization strategies that targets users at different stages of their buying journey, optimizing website traffic and increasing website conversion rates. You will have a keen understanding of data and analytics, with expertise in setting up tracking to measure user behavior to develop recommendations and tests.

Your expertise in these areas will help us increase our online visibility, improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic to our website that will offer an optimal experience to our visitors, and use data to make strategic decisions resulting in increased lead generation and revenue. You will partner closely with content, web, demand generation, SEM and product marketing to ensure our strategy aligns with business objectives. Having both technical and content expertise, combined with CRO experience would make you the ideal fit for this role.

What You Will Do

  • Own SEO strategy, including research and analysis for Prophix\xe2\x80\x99s global website (on page, off page and technical)
  • Integrate SEO as a key step into content workflows to increase search visibility; advise editorial teams on content hierarchy and target keywords to incorporate into copy
  • Maintain technical upkeep of website in partnership with web, including being responsible for technical site optimization, updating site architecture, reviewing sitemaps, testing new hierarchy, managing markup, optimizing internal linking, and improving site speed
  • Conduct webpage audits with SEO deep crawls, providing insight and data-backed suggestions on how to grow site traffic organically
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates, including A/B testing, usability testing, and customer journey analysis
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective CRO techniques and report on organic performance using SEO-related KPIs
  • Keep a pulse on the latest SEO trends and best practices and competitor movement and continuously find innovative ways to integrate them into our business and maintain a competitive edge

Required Qualifications
  • Degree or qualification in Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with proven track record of building SEO and conversion rate optimization programs
  • Knowledge of and experience with audit, research and analytics tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Keyword Planner, etc.
  • Knowledge of and experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.
  • Ability to build KPI dashboards for funnel optimization; use results to make informed conclusions about learning objectives and improvement opportunities
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to support SEO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to execute against plans
  • Ability to manage multiple projects based on priorities
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a digital agency environment (SEO/CRO, especially)
  • Any other working understanding of web technologies
  • Google Analytics certification
