About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SDR Manager to oversee and guide our team of Sales Development Representatives. The SDR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to generate and qualify SDR & self-serve leads, manage the team\'s performance, and foster a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.
What You\'ll Do
Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive SDR strategies and tactics to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth, both through inbound SDR & self-serve channels.
Define key performance metrics and goals for the SDR team, regularly monitor and analyze performance, and provide actionable insights and feedback to optimize performance.
Train, mentor, and coach SDRs on effective prospecting techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and sales best practices.
Collaborate closely with the growth marketing team to ensure effective alignment of lead generation efforts, messaging, and campaigns.
Continuously refine and improve the SDR onboarding process, sales playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
Develop strong cross-functional relationships with the sales team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the SDR team\'s performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals.
Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development within the SDR team.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in sales development or inbound/outbound sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Excellent knowledge of sales methodologies, lead generation strategies, and sales process optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving revenue growth.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) and sales enablement tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
SQL proficiency is a plus.
