iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Scrum Master - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/11/2023

Responsibilities:

• Act as a scrum master for analytical and/or bioprocess sub-teams or other Business Performance & Change Leadership (BPCL) department\xe2\x80\x99 stakeholders for the whole VCDS (Vaccine Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls Development & Supply) function based in Toronto
• Work closely with the product owner(s) to select the appropriate agile methodology and tools (scrum board, iterative meetings\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Facilitate teamwork / meetings and communication
• Develop dashboard to measure the method\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency
• Foster the use of agile methodology within the site (awareness session, lesson\xe2\x80\x99s learn session, branding on Yammer, networking)
• Work closely with France and US based Scrum master to ensure knowledge sharing and cross fertilization of best practices

Requirements:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Management & Biotechnologies, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, bioprocess development or similar
• Be familiar with vaccines development and scientific terminology (from education or previous experience)
• Experience in agile methodology (ie. Scrum) would be a big asset
• Good level of English
• Project management with good communication skills
• Organized, analytical mindset
• Customer oriented
• Open minded
