What You\xe2\x80\x99ll do

The Scrum Master will create and manages forecast and budgets , 3rd party relationships adhering to PMO standards for delivery as the company evolves traditional project delivery models towards Agile methods.

Advises, coaches, and leads Agile teams on Agile values, practices, and processes and ensures that the Agile team is fully functional, productive, and focused

Proactively supports the Product Owner to ensure team is focused on sprint goals

Helps the team create value and products with quality. Clears the runway so that the team can meet the quarterly objectives. Working with the team, creates the tools to measure success and recognize progress

Recognizes areas of strength and improvement by employing appropriate coaching and development techniques for team members

Strives for continuous improvement both for self and for the team. Recognizes opportunities for automation and other tools & processes so that the team can deliver more effectively

Contributes to improve agile management best practices within the Enterprise to help maintain and promote agile management practices

Identifies dependencies with other teams and determines how to manage those dependencies without impacting the progress of the team

Participates and collaborates in cross functional planning sessions to raise milestones, issues, dependencies, etc.

Provides a high level of relationship management; resolving conflicts and enabling discussions between stakeholders, management, co-workers and team members with varied interests.

Rigorously facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the teams.

Provides feedback, coaching and mentoring to team members while also contributing the same to the Scrum Master community of practice.

Fosters a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect and adapt.

Prepares and delivers Executive level presentations; facilitates workshops; handles complex questions from varied audiences.

Facilitates the decision-making process; is proactive in taking the initiative and the lead for identifying and resolving issues.

Leads outcome based Agile events\xe2\x80\x94scrum, sprint review, planning and retrospective meetings promoting efficiency and collaboration

Fosters close collaboration across all team members and encourages cross-training and support

Applies a structured approach to problem-solving, understands the context and impact of risks and issues, and takes real measures toward resolutions

Participates in an Agile center of excellence and will have opportunity to coach and mentor Scrum Masters and learn from others

What You Bring

Domain Expertise:

PMP certification is a must

3+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum

Experience working on budgets and forecasting

Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSM) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent formal education in Agile

Specific experience in Agile methodologies such as SAFe is an asset

Agile/Digital Experience:

Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies and experienced in coaching Scrum and Kanban teams

Delivery or software development background

Familiarity with Mobile Application Technology

Familiarity with Retail

Education in Computer Science or similar is preferred

Individual Skills:

Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously

Team Leadership\xe2\x80\x93experienced in assessing and driving necessary actions to improve results

Ability to foster a positive team dynamic

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a Scrum team

Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizational layers

Ability to scale thinking and analysis from strategic to detail and vice versa

Executive presence; strong facilitation and presentation skills

Conflict resolution and effective mediation and influencing skills

Strong customer and delivery focus

Knowledge of Retail Business/Technology is an asset
