What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and implement large-scale ML systems to support training and serving workloads
• Build tooling and pipelining abstractions to allow Data scientists to focus on experimentation while empowering self-service workflows to deploy and serve models reliably and consistently
• Integrate the machine learning model into the company\xe2\x80\x99s existing infrastructure & decision points

• Help Data Scientists productionize clean, reproducible, and highly performant machine learning systems through rigorous code review with a lens on software quality including CI/CD & automation

• Support management of deployed ML apps including pipeline and performance monitoring, new releases, change management and trouble shooting
• Advocate for automation and monitoring at all steps of ML system construction and help to define best practices
• Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept and early prototypes

Who you are:

• You are enrolled in a university Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Machine Learning/AI, engineering, mathematics/statistics, or computer science
• You are enrolled in a full-time college program in any of the above areas and are required to complete an integrated work experience
• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
• Creative thinker who is observant to seek new opportunities and perceptive to abstract ideas
• Goal driven individual to seek out continuous improvement opportunities
• The ability to take a collaborate approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences
• Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements
• Solid foundation of relevant technical skills
• Demonstrates behaviours of transparency, accountability agility and learning from others that will support your success

What you\xe2\x80\x99ve done:

• Ability to design and implement cloud machine learning solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with maintaining functional, production reference architectures for end-to-end Machine Learning in cloud.
• Programming languages like Python, good understanding of Linux, knowledge of frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
• Experience in using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and DataRobot
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to understand tools used by data scientist and experience with software development and test automation.
• Good understanding of Linux
