We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production output while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

Operate printing machinery to produce high-quality printed materials. Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in packaging finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, utilizing strong mechanical knowledge.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Familiarity with packaging processes and machinery is a plus. Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in machining is beneficial but not required.
