SCM, IT Advisor
Our client in Downtown Calgary is searching for an experienced Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis! The ideal candidate will have experience in both Supply Chain areas and Information Technology Projects, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to help implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Lead all aspects of complex sourcing initiatives
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead partners through negotiation processes
- Review, Interpret and analyze complex information technology contracts
- Vendor Relationship management, handle post offers, annual agreements and non-conformity issues.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of contract negotiations encouraged.
- End-to-end supply chain experience including purchasing, materials management, relationship management, and logistics.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
