Job Description

Bond International College is hiring a passionate and experienced part- time Science teacher for grade 9 and 10. The position is for period 4, from 2.25 pm to 3.40 pm. If you have experience teaching these courses and are enthusiastic about these subjects, please submit your resume at the earliest.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging science lessons that meet curriculum standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum. Support students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education. Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment for practical experiments. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field (mandatory). Proven classroom experience as a teacher (mandatory). Strong knowledge of science subjects and curriculum (mandatory). Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred). Experience with special education practices (preferred). Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols (preferred).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.25 per week
