Job Description


We are seeking an outgoing individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our Legacy Gas Works team as a full-time scheduling coordinator. As a scheduling coordinator you will liaise between field technicians and clients by coordinating the scheduling of our services. The scheduling coordinator will multi-task between managing the schedules of our field technicians and collaborating with internal teams to ensure scheduled jobs are set for success. Objectives & Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator: \xc2\xb7 Communicate with clients regarding the scheduling of their inspections, repairs, and services. Including creating and sending notices, retrieving any relevant information such as access codes, specific directions, or requests, etc. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all scheduled services are confirmed and scheduled appropriately (i.e. Technicians with required stamps, technical level, and certification are assigned to the work order). \xc2\xb7 Ensure all technicians are fully scheduled in the most efficient/effective manner. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the parts manager to ensure required parts are ready when confirming appointments. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with third-party contractors, ensuring all necessary parties are on site for successful completion of work, as needed. \xc2\xb7 Provide technicians with required documentation to complete scope of work. \xc2\xb7 Communicate and coordinate with Technicians regarding key information for their schedule (check-in time, special requests, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Additional coordination and administrative duties, as they may arise. \xc2\xb7 Support the administrative team, as needed. The ideal candidate would have the following attributes, strengths, and experience: \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to think critically with a customer focus and task prioritization. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management and task prioritization skills. \xc2\xb7 Resourceful nature and ability to think critically; able to proactively problem solve and provide customer focused scheduling solutions. \xc2\xb7 Preferably bilingual (English and French) Please note: \xc2\xb7 This is an in-office position with hours of work are 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 4:30pm \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Jobber, ServiceBox, and Sage 50 would be an asset, but not required \xc2\xb7 Training will be provided on our business structure and our software programs Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
