Job Summary


LifeHeart Cardiology is a well-established and growing cardiology clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure smooth daily operations within a busy office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Scheduling Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining operational flow and providing exceptional customer support.

Duties



Manage appointment scheduling using scheduling software and calendars Answer to the phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and documentation management Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and handling inquiries Coordinate with staff to ensure timely service delivery and resolve scheduling conflicts Utilize EMR systems for appointment booking, patient records, and documentation Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity Schedule cardiology diagnostic procedures, including stress testing and related services Ensure compliance with office procedures and maintain organized filing systems

Experience



Medical office administration experience is an asset; entry-level candidates will be considered Previous experience in a cardiology or specialist clinic is preferred but not required Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality Office experience that demonstrates proficiency in managing schedules and supporting office operations Comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
