Scale Technician
Job Description
Protech Scale specializes in sales, service, calibration and inspection of weigh scales. We are looking for a team player with the following skills and qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude in fixing industrial scales or equipment
Attention to detail
Not afraid to ask questions
High school diploma
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Preferred qualifications include:
Class 3 Driver's License
Experience working with Hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems
Experience working in an industrial environment
General responsibilities include:
Performing scale service inspections, repair, and calibrations
Analyzing and troubleshooting to prevent and/or correct breakdowns
Work towards Measurement Canada Accreditation through on the job training and courses
Renumeration dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
