• Applicants must be available for a non-negotiable start date of Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Applicants must have housing accommodations or transportation in the Calgary area, as Precision does not provide internship housing.
• By May 10, 2023, applicants must have completed at least their first year of study in a post-secondary program/Technical Institute.

Summary The Intern, SAP Security & Basis will complete a work term starting May 2023, and support Precision\xe2\x80\x99s growing environment at a technical level. The successful candidate will be assisting the SAP Technical team with various initiatives, including the task of creating a custom program in our SAP S/4HANA systems.
Responsibilities

• User access administration and troubleshooting technical issues in SAP ERP systems
• Participate in meetings and gather business requirements
• Document to-be solutions and gather estimates for completing such with the input of Security and Development resources
• Perform testing
• Prioritize internship through the summer

Knowledge & Skills Proficiency with Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and Visio is required; proficiency in SharePoint and with Microsoft Power Platform are strong assets Highly motivated and disciplined Organized, detail oriented, reliable, and responsible Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills Strong customer service / inter-personal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism Ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Education Currently enrolled in 3rd/4th year or recent graduates with post-secondary degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business (Tech-focused)
Experience Previous experience working in a collaborative team environment is required IT support experience is an asset ERP systems, ServiceNow experience is an asset Basic knowledge of security concepts is an asset Project management experience is an asset
