Summary

As a Salon Coordinator at Studio 105, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. Located in Fort St. John, this position is key to managing salon operations, enhancing customer service, and driving sales while promoting our diverse range of services.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently. Assist with daily salon operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Promote and upsell salon services and products effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective communication. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Experience with cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Ability to upsell products and services confidently. Familiarity with salon operations is an asset. Opening/Closing Duties

Pay: $18.75-$23.13 per hour
