Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with leads and obtaining new customers in the Edmonton area. We are a bottled water, coffee, and office refreshments company, so you will be targeting commercial and industrial clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for their business. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

The pay starts at $50,000 with comission up to $80,000-$100,000 total.

Duties

Engage with leads and obtain new customers in the Edmonton area. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product line to effectively communicate features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Basic math skills for processing transactions Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
