Duties

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize sales potential Maintain thorough knowledge of current promotions, product updates, and company policies Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and stocked to ensure a welcoming environment for customers Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers find solutions that meet their needs Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively retail setting Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently Willingness to learn about products, services, and company procedures quickly

Nice-to-have skills:

Customer service experience in retail or related fields Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
