Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to encourage purchases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is inviting and organized. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
