Role overview

Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to assess needs, present system options, and explain government programs that make heat pumps affordable. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role designed for high performers who want uncapped earnings and rapid advancement.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline from qualified, booked appointments. Consult with homeowners to recommend suitable heat pump solutions. Explain federal and provincial rebates and financing options clearly. Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals professionally. Maintain accurate notes and coordinate next steps with the operations team.

What we're looking for

Sales knowledge with success in consultative or solution-based selling. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills. Basic heat pump knowledge or strong ability to learn quickly. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
