Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calls, site visits, and other outreach methods.
Promote company products and services to new and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with management and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or customer acquisition
(preferably in related industries).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Must meet minimum monthly sales requirements
as determined by management.
Compensation
Commission Only Position
Commission varies per sale, typically
between 3% - 7%
