Fowler Hyundai is looking for a motivated and outgoing
Car Salesperson
to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and driven to achieve results. You will be responsible for assisting customers through the sales process, from initial greeting to final purchase, while building lasting customer relationships.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor and lot Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Prepare sales contracts and complete necessary paperwork Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required - training available) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license
