Position Summary
We're looking for a confident, self-motivated
Estimator/Sales Consultant
to join our growing team. You don't need to be a trained salesperson, we'll teach you our process from start to finish, but you must think and act like one. You'll assess customer needs, prepare accurate quotes, and present solutions that make sense both technically and financially.
This is a
commission-only
position designed for people who want control over their income and aren't afraid of accountability. Full training is provided, along with ongoing coaching and real-world support to help you master both the technical and sales sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer visits to assess HVAC, plumbing, and water purification needs.
Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals based on field conditions and technical requirements.
Present solutions confidently, explaining options, materials, warranties, and financing clearly and professionally.
Manage your own sales funnel from lead to close with consistent follow-up.
Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure accurate project execution.
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records in CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly closing and revenue goals.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or water purification sales or estimating preferred.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, local codes, and service processes (training provided).
Confident communicator with strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
Organized, reliable, and motivated by results.
Valid Ontario driver's license and clean record.
Compensation & Growth
100% commission-based income, with annual earning potential between
$100,000 and $127,000+
.
Weekly or biweekly commission payouts based on project close and completion.
Full in-house training and ongoing mentorship.
Performance-based bonuses.
