We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented

Salesman

to join our computer and mobile retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mobile phones, computers, accessories, and technology trends, along with excellent sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products (mobile phones, computers, tablets, accessories, etc.). Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and warranties. Upsell and cross-sell related products and services. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and inventory. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and well-presented. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues promptly. Assist in inventory management and stocktaking. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product releases.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in IT or electronics is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales, especially in electronics or mobile shops. Strong product knowledge in computers, smartphones, and accessories. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Fluency in [Insert relevant language(s)]. Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and helpful personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of mobile and computer repair (optional but a plus). Multilingual ability (if applicable to customer base).
