to join our growing team. As a member of our sales force, you'll be the face of our company, connecting with homeowners to offer high-quality window cleaning services. This role is

Compensation Structure:

Base Commission:

30% of each confirmed sale.

Performance Bonus:

After

30 home sales

, your total commission increases to

35% on all sales

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods or connect with potential clients online/in-person to promote window cleaning services Build relationships and establish trust with homeowners Provide estimates and close sales Track all interactions and report daily sales activity Collaborate with the team to refine pitches and improve performance

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is a strong asset but

not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Able to work independently and manage time effectively Must be 16+ years old
