Industry - Insurance

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong technical skills, with at least 8 \xe2\x80\x93 10+ years of development experience in SFDC Design and Development
• Must have project experience implementing, configuring , customizing Salesforce Financial Cloud
• Hands on experience as Salesforce design/ tech lead in various industries mostly in insurance and finance
• Strong understanding of the functional areas of the financial services industry, specifically Capital Markets, Asset Management and Private Equity
• Familiarity with Asset Management Portfolio Management Systems and Trading Platforms
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and Integrating SFDC application with external systems via SSO/API/SOAP/REST and/or Platform Event
• Expert understanding of multiple facets of the Salesforce.com product suite, such as Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange
• Ability to develop solution on the Salesforce platform including Apex and VisualForce
• Has knowledge/prior experience to DevOps tools (BitBucket, SourceTree, Ant Migration Tools, and Jenkins) and process
• Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems, especially in finance and insurance domain
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies
• Deep functional and technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and other Cloud Computing Services
• Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Jitterbit ) with Salesforce
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Active Salesforce certifications

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert business needs into optimal solutions in Salesforce platform(s), based on industry best practices and organization standards
• Designing salesforce solutions, in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Migration, Administration & Support
• Performs development, unit testing, implementation and support of Salesforce application systems
• Participates in functional and technical design
• Lead architectural review sessions, design and document technical solutions
• Articulate and liaison the technical discussions with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives
• Own technical delivery of any customer requirements, integrations, data model creation, migration for FSC platform
• Participates in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning

GOOD TO HAVE:

• SQL Server (Database/Query/Stored Procedures)
• Oracle (Query/Store Procedures/PL SQL)
• Experience in Data Migration using Data Loader, CLI
• Possess excellent Leadership, Analytical and Communication skills
• Salesforce Certified Sales & Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Developer
• Agile Trained
