Job Description

We are looking for a resident expert in ICA NORAM's revenue operations to provide management and department heads the ability to analyze key metrics within the company, identify areas of weakness and design and implement new processes.

You will execute this mission in building greater insights and analytics for all ICA NORAM's stakeholders by transforming existing and new data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations using CRM, ERP and BI tools. This will require a thorough understanding of existing processes, revenue cycles, business operations and strategic thinking.

Summary:

We are looking for a sales and marketing team multiplier for our Financial Automation team as we merge processes and work towards combining Salesforce instances and general techstack. On top of this, you will help provide your department heads the ability to analyze key metrics within the company, identify areas of weakness and design and implement new processes. You will execute this mission by building, maintaining, and consolidating CRM architecture, managing marketing, sales and customer success automation tools, and generating performance reports.

Working closely with our Sales and Marketing Management teams, as well as liaising with our CSX and Finance departments will give you the opportunity to develop and continue to develop your career in sales operations. In This Role, You Will:

Work with internal stakeholders to analyze existing marketing and sales operations in efforts to merge and improvement them

Assist in the design of and implement the merging and improving of key marketing and sales processes initiatives

Assist in maintaining up to date and accurate records in Salesforce, from user profiles to prospect and customer records

Manage integrations between Salesforce and applications such as Hubspot, Gong.io, SalesLoft, Docusign, Form Assembly, and Zapier

Build and derive insights from marketing, sales, success, and finance reports and dashboards

Educate, train, and promote adoption of new procedures and process improvements to applicable teams

Create and maintain sales process documentation

What You Bring:

2 years of Salesforce administration experience, ideal if you hold current Salesforce Certifications and have experience with Sales and Service Cloud

Prior experience in Salesforce instance development or migrations is highly desired

Familiarity with applications such as Pardot, Hubspot, Gong.io, SalesLoft, Intercom, Service Desk, Drift, Docusign, Form Assembly, and Zapier are a plus

A deep understanding of SaaS revenue engines and business models

Critical thinker and who comes prepared to deliver recommendations based on data

Strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent verbal and written communicator

Keen attention to detail
