We're currently seeking a passionate and driven
Sales Training Manager
to elevate our team's performance and support our mission through exceptional training and coaching.
Position Overview:
The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for onboarding and training new sales staff across 7 of our locations in Delta, Surrey, Langley and Abbotsford, as well as delivering ongoing sales training and development programs for existing staff. This role plays a critical part in driving membership growth, increasing close rates, and ensuring a consistent, high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for new hires
Conduct ongoing training for current sales staff
Collaborate with management to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
Shadow, mentor, and coach team members to improve real-time selling techniques
Develop and maintain training materials, scripts, and SOPs that align with company sales goals
Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness and sales KPIs
Ensure all team members uphold customer service standards and deliver an exceptional member experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales training, sales management, or a similar role (fitness or service industry preferred).
Minimum 6 years of sales experience, 2 years of management experience is required.
