What we need
We are seeking a dynamic & people-oriented applicant to join our collaborative sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across the country, from large multi-site accounts to individual end-user and foster customer relations for all clients. Phone etiquette, computer literacy and sales mindset are a must as our team utilizes multiple sales channels at any given time; French speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities and duties
Provide outstanding sales and service over the phone, in person, and through emails and/or online chats
Monitor customer accounts and coordinate all expiries, contacting with info and pricing as dates come due
Identify the needs of each organization/customer and provide suitable resources
Create customers from tradeshow, website, email and phone inquiries & live online chats
Create, manage, and develop customer relationships and information in custom CRM database
Ensure that all client requests and sales inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Manage sales through deals and tasks in CRM, providing notes on stages & outcomes
Educate customers on AED functionality and implementation to suit their needs (on the job training)
Create and distribute sales quotes with accuracy
Identify new target markets or areas for growth & develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products and company goals, values, and mission & encourage engagement with AED Advantage's online presence
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in account management, business development and/or sales
Advanced computer literacy skills - Highly proficient in MS Suite and able to navigate internet databases & sales programs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team & independently
Demonstrates time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills
Exceptional written & verbal communication and negotiation skills
