Role Summary:

The Sales Support & Administrator at Macdonald's Home Health Care is the go-to team member for the Sales Team, clients and healthcare professionals. They are a dependable and approachable individual who is resourceful, helpful, compassionate, and have the strength to say no when needed. Sales Support provides impeccable organization and execution for quote writing, booking appointments, logging work orders and liaising with clients. They are the key conduit of information liaising with the Service, Sales and Warehouse teams and can communicate confidently, keeping calm under pressure. An individual who can maintain a positive demeanour whilst navigating ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will thrive here at Macdonald's.
Requirements:


  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Extremely organized and detailed oriented
  • Effective at multitasking
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently while maintaining communication with all company departments
  • Experience creating order forms
  • Knowledge and understanding of the BC Healthcare system is an asset
  • Experience with a CRM or inventory management system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and coordinating a high volume of phone calls, emails and appointments
  • Preparing and organizing paperwork, including quotes and work orders for the Sales Team
  • Working with healthcare professionals to coordinate deliveries and installations
  • Providing support to all members of the Sales Team as their go-to person in the office
  • Preparing quotations and work orders promptly
  • General administration
  • Providing accurate inventory count updates as required
  • Sales of smaller equipment such as walkers and bathroom aides
