A day in the life as a Lending Support Administrator-Term position:
You will provide daily support to the branches, business banking and virtual sales lending teams
You will be responsible for managing lending administration requests, preparing and analyzing lending reports
You will support by promptly responding to lending service requests and inquiries; here at Westoba, we are member focused whether we work frontline in our branches or support functions at our Corporate Office
You will focus in on the details while utilizing your technology skills when reviewing and preparing reports, or maintaining databases and spreadsheets
You will promote Westoba in the community through positive word-of-mouth, liking and sharing our social media posts and pages, as well participating in volunteer efforts for special causes and events
What you will bring to the table:
Post-secondary education-Business/Office Administration diploma is preferred
One to three years financial industry experience is expected with a focus on lending administration
A combination of education and experience may be considered; previous loan and mortgage administration experience is an asset
A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation
A go-getter who is not afraid to take on new challenges
A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done
