A day in the life as a Lending Support Administrator-Term position:

• You will provide daily support to the branches, business banking and virtual sales lending teams
• You will be responsible for managing lending administration requests, preparing and analyzing lending reports
• You will support by promptly responding to lending service requests and inquiries; here at Westoba, we are member focused whether we work frontline in our branches or support functions at our Corporate Office
• You will focus in on the details while utilizing your technology skills when reviewing and preparing reports, or maintaining databases and spreadsheets
• You will promote Westoba in the community through positive word-of-mouth, liking and sharing our social media posts and pages, as well participating in volunteer efforts for special causes and events

What you will bring to the table:

• Post-secondary education-Business/Office Administration diploma is preferred
• One to three years financial industry experience is expected with a focus on lending administration
• A combination of education and experience may be considered; previous loan and mortgage administration experience is an asset
• A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation
• A go-getter who is not afraid to take on new challenges
• A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done
