The Role:

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

You Bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years in commission-based sales, including building and managing a customer pipeline, with a proven track record of achieving individual goals.
  • Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in automotive, retail, luxury, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
  • Licensing: Maintain a current driver\'s license and obtain a OMVIC Salesperson License.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, additional languages a bonus!
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and retail systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to perform physical tasks with or without accommodation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Handling Feedback: Able to handle customer feedback calmly and professionally.
  • Urgency and Excellence: Act with urgency and strive for excellence.
  • Passion for Electric Vehicles: Genuine passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicles.
