Role Description:

We are seeking an Immigration Sales Specialist with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional who can effectively promote our luxury/custom tailored immigration packages, manage demanding clients, and respond quickly to client inquiries. This role will involve maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, leveraging sales expertise to drive our business objectives, and becoming an indispensable asset to our clients during their immigration journey. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Leverage industry knowledge to promote and sell luxury/custom tailored Canadian immigration packages to our clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with our immigration team to ensure client needs are effectively met.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our clients, becoming their trusted guide in the immigration process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or equivalent
• At least 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably selling high-value services or products.
• Experience collaborating with demanding clients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong command of English.
• Proficient understanding of the Canadian immigration system, laws, and processes.
• Prior experience in immigration services is highly preferred.
• Takes initiative, with high level of persistence, resilience, and a result-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
