• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insightful feedback to the team.

Sales Specialist Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Confidence in presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid Drivers License and a personal vehicle is an asset.
