The Position:


As a Sales & Service Coordinator with British Swim School, you are joining a dynamic team who want to provide each student the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer!

Your Typical Responsibilities:



Business Growth and Opportunities Specifics



Direct the sales process of new and potential enrollments and handle initial inquiries, consultations, and follow-up meetings with parents. Meet goals set in regards to Pool location performance, revenues, expenses and fee collection as per the British Swim School Business and Execution Plan. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with aquatics leads, instructors, pool partners, parent organizations, and community contacts. Monitor daily business operations.

Customer Service/Lesson Support Specifics



Oversee and schedule student programs. Anticipate and be responsive to the needs and expectations of clients and students/parents, and respond in a prompt manner. Monitor students programs for performance. Work a flexible schedule that may include holidays and weekends as required by business needs and as requested by management. Report to and communicate directly with Franchise Owner. Attend staff meetings and ongoing training/coaching as requested by Franchise Owner. Communicate accurate and complete information to parents/students and clients/case managers in a considerate, professional, knowledgeable and accurate manner. Adhere to overall British Swim Schools policies and procedures, guidelines and business conduct guidelines. Complete administrative and other tasks, when required. Take personal responsibility for understanding, managing and meeting customer needs and expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:



A post secondary education. An ability to provide quality service that exceeds client expectations. Successful background in sales, marketing, and sales skills with a strong focus on customer service. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, and the ability to build relationships. Effective problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Professional, enthusiastic, flexible and energetic.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
