We are currently seeking a
proactive and organized Sales & Service Coordinator
to support the
smooth operation
of our Oakville office. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, well-functioning, and professional workplace that supports the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and support clients in person, via phone and email, providing a professional first point of contact
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
Log service and sales inquiries into our internal ERP and CRM system
Schedule jobs, job follow-ups, and data entry for technicians
Support the invoicing process for both service jobs and product orders
Process payments and assist in the collection of outstanding accounts
Perform inventory checks and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Keep the office clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Coordinate with maintenance vendors and cleaning services as needed
Support various departments with general administrative tasks and special projects
What You Bring to the Team:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; French an asset)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
Experience with Sage 300, Technisoft Service Manager and HubSpot, is considered an asset
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
A self-starter with the initiative to follow through on tasks independently
Professional, dependable, and customer service-oriented

Weekdays, between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (shared call coverage)
