Note - This can be based out of Saskatoon, Regina or Moose Jaw.

Fort Sands Construction is seeking a well-presented, dynamic, and relationship-driven professional to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a key connector between our construction expertise and the needs of property management companies, project managers, condo boards, and multi-family developments. The ideal candidate is charismatic, professional, an excellent listener, and naturally skilled at building trust with clients. You will use your technical understanding of construction and renovations to help property managers identify issues, develop tailored solutions, and oversee projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, project managers, and condo boards Visiting every multifamily site in your region to map it out, determine the property manager, and get on the bid list is the key to success in this role Conduct site visits, listen to client needs, and provide solutions-driven recommendations. Arrange meetings with new and existing clients to discuss renovation and construction opportunities. Prepare proposals, scopes of work, estimates, and presentations for client review. Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor progress of active projects and maintain consistent communication with clients. Generate weekly sales updates, pipeline reports, and CRM entries for internal meetings. Represent Fort Sands Construction with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication..

Ideal Background



1. Construction & Technical Background

Experience in construction management, civil engineering, building envelope, or similar fields. Desire to leverage technical expertise into a client-facing, business-development-focused role. Comfortable offering construction and renovation solutions and overseeing implementation.
2. Property Management Background

Current or former Property Manager with exposure to construction or renovation projects. Interest in transitioning into a career focused on property restoration, upgrades, and project fulfillment. Ability to use knowledge of condo operations and maintenance needs to identify opportunities.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Confident and comfortable meeting with clients at all levels. Ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and ability to generate weekly reports. Team player who values collaboration and professionalism. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Pay: $60,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
