Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SAGIPER North America Inc. located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products by ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities & Job Duties
Utilize word processing, spreadsheets, and database software to create and format reports, memos and other documents.
Generate Sales Quotes for Sales Representatives and Clients using Sage 50 software following proper company processes.
Accurately process client Purchase Orders ensuring company processes are followed.
Respond to various inquiries from Sales Representatives and clients addressing questions related to products, lead times, stock availability, pricing and more.
Responsible for managing front-desk operations including answering calls, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, organizing office tasks, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Organize and file electronic documents to ensure documents are organized and accessible to all.
Provide support to Administration & Finance department by handling day-to-day tasks and maintaining communication with your reporting manager.
Utilize Sage 50 to prepare invoices accurately and distribute to clients in a timely manner.
Code and file financial material according to established record management procedures.
Process Accounts Payable accurately and in a timely manner.
Additional responsibilities and tasks maybe assigned by reporting manager to support overall needs of the company
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with SAGE 50 or similar accounting software is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
