We are a one-stop shop for any client; as we handle the project from Architectural Design, to permits, to Interior Design, and build out the whole project from start to finish with our construction project management team. We do all Architectural and Interior design in-house with AutoCAD, including 3D for all projects (Sketchup, Revit). We can start the Architectural Design within two weeks of engaging our company, which is faster than most by far, giving us a great advantage. We can start any number of projects as soon as the client is ready, as we have the Project Managers to handle that. Plus we have over thirty years of experience behind us, in both residential and commercial projects.

About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Representative

to help grow our construction division. In this role, you will source, qualify, and close

construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000 CAD

--then smoothly transition new clients to our Design, permit application and Project Management teams.

This position offers a

base salary plus commission

What You'll Do



We along with you will generate new leads in the various areas of residential & commercial

renovations or

new construction, coach houses, major landscape projects

and multiplexes through outside sales, networking, outreach, and warm/hot prospecting.

Leverage

existing industry contacts

to accelerate client acquisition Use project lead generation for outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management Utilize personal lead-generation tools (highly preferable; reimbursed if subscription-based) Qualify leads and evaluate project suitability (

) Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate proposals, present solutions, and close new projects Work with marketing to support outreach and lead-generation campaigns Clearly explain scopes, materials, and construction terminology to clients Hand off closed clients to the Design, permit application and Project Management Department Provide exceptional, professional customer service throughout the sales cycle, and

What You Bring



Experience in

outside sales, B2B sales, or construction-related sales. Preference to those with Architectural or Interior Design or Building Contractor experience

Reasonable understanding of

residential and commercial construction, and existing construction industry connections

are a major advantage Confident in negotiations and closing mid-to-large-scale projects, with strong communication skills with professional English, and a polished mannerism Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships, and multilingual ability is a bonus Motivated, organized, comfortable managing your own pipeline, and who will represent the company well in personality and by how they dress

Compensation & Benefits



Base Salary + Commission


Earned income will be between $200k and $500k CAD depending on how hard you work, experience in industry and selling, as well as existing contact or referrals list

Commission percentage paid upon closing projects ($50K-$5M CAD) and transitioning clients to project management Use of our current

lead generation and marketing tools
