We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our business by uncovering new sales opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships with clients throughout Canada and the USA. You will promote our freight and logistics solutions, generate and follow up on leads, and ensure outstanding customer service from initial contact to delivery. Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for sales and client engagement are essential for success in this position.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
Find and close new customers by promoting trucking and logistics services
Work with company-provided leads to generate new business and grow revenue
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector
Build partnerships with shippers, brokers, and other key industry contacts
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals (KPIs)
Experience
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking/transportation/logistics industry.
Strong understanding of freight brokerage, FTL, LTL, and logistics processes.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and remotely if needed.

Pay: $36,000.00-$121,664.23 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
