We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our products and services. Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify potential sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations both in-person and virtually
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a related role is preferred; strong communication skills are essential
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate product value propositions
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and sales processes
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally
Knowledge of CRM software or similar sales tools is a plus
