Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Representative at CS Flooring, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Your role will involve promoting our diverse range of commercial flooring solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth and reputation for quality and reliability.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales & Business Development (75%):



Identify and independently pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, including property managers, commercial developers, and businesses requiring flooring solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct site visits to assess client needs, provide product recommendations, and prepare accurate quotations. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging products to deliver innovative, sustainable flooring solutions for clients.

Project Coordination (15%):



Own the project lifecycle through actively monitoring project progress, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with clients, designers, and architects to implement complete flooring solutions that align with the company's vision and culture. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution, meeting client specifications and quality standards.

Administrative Tasks (10%):



Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details using the company's CRM system. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Assist in the development of marketing materials and participate in promotional events to enhance the company's market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably within the flooring or construction industry. Deep understanding of commercial flooring products and installation processes. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Office Suite Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to oversee concurrent projects, fostering teamwork and alignment to ensure positive results. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the GTA for client meetings and site visits.

LOCATION:



Hybrid - In office Monday through Friday (located in Mississauga) and in the field (50%).
