Outbound Sales Representative who's ready to grow with an established company entering an exciting expansion phase. This is a flexible

full time

position.

You'll be responsible for:

Reaching out to business owners and facility managers through calls, visits, and networking Handling inbound leads and referrals with professionalism Completing on-site walkthroughs and preparing commercial cleaning quotes Following up, closing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships Tracking activities and pipeline progress in our CRM

Compensation

Base salary: to cover basic expenses Commission: uncapped earning potential and residual income on long term contracts Payout cadence: bi-weekly based on cleared invoices First-year earnings potential: $46,000-$95,000+, depending on performance

Who You Are

Outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in face-to-face conversations Experience in B2B, customer service, or field sales (1-3 years preferred) Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up habits Reliable vehicle and valid Alberta driver's license Coachable attitude and a genuine desire to grow your skills and income
