Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with strong experience working directly with property management companies. The ideal candidate understands the needs, challenges, and workflows of property managers, and can confidently present our services to grow long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business with property management companies Maintain and grow accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building Conduct on-site assessments, gather service details, and prepare estimates Promote our services including vacuum catch basin cleaning, pothole repairs, concrete curb repairs, and line painting Track sales leads, proposals, and follow-ups through CRM tools Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience working with property management companies (required) Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets Strong understanding of exterior maintenance services (asset but not required) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
