We're looking for an experienced
Sales Representative / Project Consultant
to take qualified inbound leads and manage client consultations, quoting, and follow-up across the GTA.
This is
not
a cold calling role.
This is a
field-based, consultative sales position
built on trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Meeting with pre-qualified residential and commercial clients
Assessing spaces with a protection- and preservation-first mindset
Educating clients on how our solutions protect glass, furnishings, and interiors
Measuring windows, glass, and surfaces accurately
Building and sending clear, professional quotes using our system
Following up with clients to help them make informed decisions
Coordinating project details with our install team
Representing Film Bros professionally, respectfully, and consistently in the field

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates
must
have:
2+ years of experience
in sales, estimating, or a client-facing role
Proven experience running in-person meetings or consultations independently
Strong ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
Comfort measuring, quoting, or scoping real-world projects
Professional communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
High attention to detail and follow-through
Access to a reliable personal vehicle
and ability to travel across the GTA
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in construction, trades, home services, or B2B sales
Experience working with homeowners, business owners, or property managers
Familiarity with quoting software or CRMs
You'll do especially well if you bring any of the following:
An existing network of homeowners, contractors, designers, property managers, or business owners
Experience selling services where credibility and reputation matter
Confidence walking into a space and guiding clients through options and trade-offs
A mindset focused on protection, prevention, and long-term value
The ability to spot additional protection opportunities during consultations
Strong follow-up habits and ownership over your pipeline
Interest in building repeat clients and referrals over time
The strongest performers here treat each project as the start of a long-term relationship, not a one-off sale.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
Commission-based
Expected Earnings:
$60,000-$120,000+ CAD annually
, with the ability to earn significantly more based on performance
Earnings are driven by a mix of residential minimum projects and larger commercial installs and everything else in between.
