Job Overview



We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual for a full-time Sales Representative & Project Manager position in our Edmonton office. Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through exceptional sales and service. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals. Close sales through a consultative, customer-focused approach. Manage projects from contract signing through installation completion. Communicate with installers, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure proper scheduling. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage a personal sales pipeline. Maintain effective continuous communication with customers during project implementation. Resolve emerging issues or escalate concerns to management as needed. Achieve sales targets through efficient and effective sales planning and territory management. Promote and increase customer awareness of our product line and grow the sales base within the territory. Represent Window Mart professionally at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Others



High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Construction, or Marketing would be a strong asset. Valid driver's license (vehicle provided by the company) and the ability to drive to clients' locations. Minimum one year of direct-to-consumer or business-to-business sales experience is preferred. Strong business writing/verbal communication skills and active listening. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure by managing multiple tasks and continuously changing priorities. Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. Willingness to pursue long-term cooperation with growth opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Assets:

Experience in window/door sales. Experience using social media tools. Experience in windows/doors, home renovations, solar, roofing, vehicles, or similar industries. Demonstrated project management/coordination experience. Experience working with homeowners or in-home services.
